Not only was been on time and EXTREMELY courteous and professional, but he noticed that the last place that worked on my truck didn't tighten the caliper bolts down and that the calipers were shaking around and causing the grinding in my brakes. He could have gone through with the full service and lied about it but he was 100% HONEST - a rare thing in today's world. Instead of leaving to find if someone "might" have the part - he had a couple of bolts that fit perfectly from his own supply! Ben saved me over $100 and had me back on the road in no time. Oh and I should mention that it was raining off and on - and Ben never missed a beat. I'll be using Ben as my regular mechanic from now on! And for all of y'all in Cypress... Ben's an avid deer & hog hunter! A big plus in my book!

My appointment was at 8 am, and Joseph was there at the stroke of 8. I was told to allow 2 hours for the repair, but he fixed my water pump faster than I thought possible. It only took an hour. Joseph was professional and courteous and did an outstanding Job. I would recommend him to anyone, and will refer my friends to use Your Mechanic when they need repairs.
