Great service! Friendly, experienced, efficient, and effective. Al came and replaced the starter on my Honda Accord. He was punctual (actually early!) and did the job quickly. He even went so far as to provide a few extra tips on vehicle maintenance which were much appreciated. Overall it was an excellent experience. Would highly recommend.

Isaiah was on-time, professional, went straight to the task, first testing the voltage from battery to alternator. He had already brought a re-built alternator and he installed it quickly. I was able to drive to work, and to my appointments yesterday and today. However, there is a new small problem. The "Warning close object" keeps flashing and beeping, especially when I'm at a traffic light. It stops when I am in forward motion. (Aka, driving). And some dash indicator lights have been coming on, then going away. I am really glad to have my car running so quickly. I've already shared the "YourMechanic" card, with co-workers! Yes, I will schedule oil change asap..

Marco was able to arrive early which was great. He jumped right in and I offered to help if he needed an extra hand to remove the radiator (none was needed). EXTREMLY thorough. Made sure there were no leaks after installing new radiator, upper and lower hoses and thermostat. He should open his own garage :-)
