Mario was thorough in his inspection of my vehicle and was able to diagnose a leak, but was not pushy in telling me I need it to fix it immediately. I didn’t feel as if I was being pressured. Nonetheless, I have scheduled a near-future appointment with him to perform a flush of the transmission next week. I look forward to working with him again in the future. Thank you!
