First time using YourMechanic and Christopher. Wanted to get transmission fluid changed since I was approaching recommended mileage and wanted it done before fall/winter. Task is not that easy on my car since 5 quarts have to be pumped by hand into the CVT and not that much clearance underneath. I was able to schedule service on convenient date and time whereas appointment at dealer would have taken many days. Chris arrived with all of the necessary tools and supplies to do the job. I found him to be knowledgeable and friendly and he completed the job to my satisfaction.
