John was very friendly, courteous & got good knowledge of cars in general. He was early to the appointment, was very careful & thorough with the checking of the car's symptom(s). The most positive thing I noticed from him was that he was honest with his answers to the questions I posed on him. I know my car problems/symptoms and if I ever need any repairs, I'd definitely trust John to take care of my car.

Anthony arrived early for his 11 a.m. appointment, was very thorough and professional as well. I would highly recommend your company and Anthony to anyone that might need some Automotive repairs done. With that said, and unfortunately for me, the exhaust manifold that Anthony installed that I bought from an auto wrecker ended up having a crack in the exact same place as my old one. So while I was very happy with Anthony's service, my vehicle still does not run properly, but that is really no one's fault. The crack in the manifold was not visible to the naked eye and I was hoping at your company could give me some sort of discount on the total amount of the bill. I would very much appreciate it.
