I got a diagnosis from Jay on my BMW's Service Engine Soon light and he traced the problem to the Secondary Air Injection Valve. Jay explained to me and I learned the functionalities of the Secondary Air Injection System. He then replaced the offending part when it became available in a few days. I was also pleased that I received credit for the cost of diagnosis toward the cost of replacing the valve (parts and labor). YourMechanic is the way to go!

My car had a busted fan belt, so I thought. So I made an appointment to have it replaced by a mechanic from YourMechanic.com. Jesus Ramirez was my mechanic. He was on time, professional and answered all my questions. He diagnosed the problem was the bad idler pulley and so ordered additional parts. he got the problem fixed and car going again. He pointed out the leak from the power steering reservoir probably caused the pulley to go bad.
