Personable, professional and efficient. Very impressed with Jacob; it was clear he knew what he was doing. Work done < 45 min. He explained why I didn't need a purchased item, and what I needed to do before going for inspection. Being 30 minutes late is the reason for not giving 5 stars. Nonetheless, I will not hesitate to book him again for service.
