He actually arrived a little early. The app they use is amazing as you can watch his progress getting to you. It also texted me when he arrived. James was excellent and very personable and told me interesting things about my car I didn't know. He was highly experienced and had been in this field for many years. Martin was on time and very professional. My car smoked from what I though was the valve cover gasket. I believe he fixed the gasket but my car is still smoking he thinks of me it would burn off after a couple of days I am still concerned it that is true but over all he did a good job.
