Thank you for sending Faraz to follow-up on my concerns regarding the oil change/oil leak my car was experiencing. His open and friendly personality made this experience less stressful and smooth. He was easy to talk to and answered every question I had in a way that I could fully understand, as well as other questions I had about car maintenance, and costs.
