Chris contacted me the day before the service so he could understand my specific requests. He asked clarifying questions until we were aligned on a solution. He provided an updated quote and ordered the necessary parts. He showed up early for the scheduled appointment; he completed the work faster than his estimated time; he test drove my truck to ensure the brakes were working; I could not tell he had been working in my garage (it was clean).
