He just left and was very professional, fast and above all honest about what needed to be done. He let me know that a specific list item on my tuneup wasn't needed and took the price off of the total as well as found me a coupon code to get me a better price since I let him know money was an issue for me. I don't know yet about the warranty coverage since I haven't yet had to use it, but am pleased so far. I wouldn't hesitate to call Alfred back if I needed work done.
