Completely satisfied with my service. From arrival to finish everything went well and very fast. Nothing beats not having to go a mechanic. Nathan arrived to the appointment on time and was very courteous in his approach and communication. While he was able to complete the requested job (which was to replace/install a new alternator), there would be a related follow-up issue regarding my car's battery that would find its way onto my To-Do List. I believe a proper assessment of my vehicle health would've pointed this out much sooner than when it did. Aside from that one little tidbit, I give my stamp of approval to Nathan overall.
