He arrived at the appointment ahead of time and he was very efficient. He seemed very knowledgeable about cars and helped me immensely. The mechanics I saw locally didn't help me nearly as much as he did and I paid a lot less for it. He was very familiar with my type of car as well and let me know what I should do in the future to avoid further mishaps.
