1994 Kia Sephia 142,500 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Trung called 20 minutes before appointment to let me know he would be arriving in 10 minutes which I thought was great. When he arrived he appeared very professional and explained to me all the services that would be performed on my vehicle. So I left him the keyes, went back into my office and 45 minutes later he called to let me know my vehicle was done. When I came out he showed me that my air filter was extremely dirty and offered to run to the parts store and pick one up and it would only cost me the $23.00 additional for the filter. I absolutely thought this was tremendous service. Trung went far beyond any expectations I had for a mobile mechanic service and I will surely be recommending Trung and Yourmechanic to all my friends and family. A lot of people had told me the starter was the issue, but Chris showed up and realized it was just a dead battery. He got me started up, made sure I had a good charge, and even discussed a few other issues I'd been having with me. You can tell that he is a genuine, honest, and very knowledgeable mechanic. I'd certainly look to him with any future issues I have. Great experience.

I was amazed to get so quick an appointment after discovering hot air blowing into my car instead of cool. I was more amazed that David would come on a Saturday! He not only came, even a little early, but he quickly got cold air for me, also flushed my brown brake fluid and refilled the tank with pretty yellow.. David explained the AC problem and warned that his "fix" is probably temporary and why. Since I drive my car only a couple times a week for short trips, I will wait to get the system replaced until it becomes necessary, then request David.
