Andrew was great. There were a couple of hiccups with the schedule - cell service went down and it was raining - but we got that worked out and Andrew was prompt and quickly diagnosed the problem. I have to wait on a part but that's not his fault. I am very pleased with his service.
I also want to mention that Manuel at the call in number also provided excellent customer service.

I was amazed to get so quick an appointment after discovering hot air blowing into my car instead of cool. I was more amazed that David would come on a Saturday! He not only came, even a little early, but he quickly got cold air for me, also flushed my brown brake fluid and refilled the tank with pretty yellow.. David explained the AC problem and warned that his "fix" is probably temporary and why. Since I drive my car only a couple times a week for short trips, I will wait to get the system replaced until it becomes necessary, then request David.
David is the fifth service person I've dealt with through YourMechanic, each one excellent--personable, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient.
