2010 Honda Ridgeline 30,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Had a great experience. Jay was a true professional. Showed up on time, went right to work, finished in time quoted and charged the amount quoted. Which was a better amount than my regular mechanic. Waited a couple of weeks to post this, as to check out my car for a while. Running like a champ! Definitely will be using YourMechanic.com in the future.

Genaro is prepared, punctual, knowledgeable, experienced and capable. He has worked on my car several times now, and even when yourmechanic.com gave him the wrong part (not his fault-- the alternator plug was wrong), he went out of his way to communicate with me as far as scheduling to come back the next day (it was already after 4pm, so there wasn't any more that could be done the same day). He is receptive to what I tell him I think is going on with the car, but I am grateful that he always uses his own judgement and doesn't take my anecdotes as evidence. Great Mechanic, knew exactly what to do when he encountered problems with the repairs. Arturo was very friendly and talkative, he let me know about any other problems he found while working on the car. I highly recommend him and I will return as a customer for future repairs.
