He was actually 45 minutes early, which luckily worked out because I was out and about and came home early. If I didn't come back early, he would've been waiting quite a while. He did text that he was coming early (which I missed), but not until the last minute. It would have been nice to know he was coming earlier the day before, so I could make plans. Anyway, but like I said it worked out, and he did the job in 1.5 hours instead of the scheduled 2.5 - quick work. Brakes don't squeak anymore, and that's a good thing.

William was friendly, called and asked if he could move the appointment up. This was much appreciated as we were able to get on with the rest of our day. Fixed the issue in no time. Car is driving great.
