He called about coming earlier then the appointment which was good. He came and checked the vehicle, installed the parts and did a test drive. Vehicle fixed in a short time. Joe is a very friendly and knowledgeable mechanic. He showed up on time and ready to work. We went over the issues with the car and as I described the problems he was able to quickly identify what needed to be repaired. The repairs were made in a timely matter and Joe took the car for a test drive. When he was finished he explained in detail the work that was completed, handed me the key and he was on his way. If you want an honest mechanic that does outstanding work, Joe is the guy.
