Brett communicates well with you letting you know where he is, what's going on, and any other questions you have. Brett was able to come at an earlier time and was very thorough in his work. I asked him to replace the starter but after checking the starter and everything else, determined it was a separate issue instead. I will definitely use Brett again in the future.

He was the second mobile mechanic I had booked, I booked him because I wanted a second opinion and didn't feel the first mechanic was as articulate as he was, didn't have the necessary tools to do a repair on the spot and that I could rely on the repair.
