Not only did he point out that the service I requested was unnecessary, but he took the time to show me some other issues with my vehicle that should be addressed. Raymond arrived for the scheduled appointment early and took care of my cars window problem in a fast and timely manner. He also had me look over the work after he was done to make sure I was happy and that everything was back to working order.
