Nick was great. He called around 11am offering to arrive earlier than scheduled (4pm) since another appointment canceled on him. This was very convenient for me and I appreciated the gesture. When he arrived he had face mask on and a positive attitude. He explained what he would be doing per the request (replacing both battery and negative terminal due to corrosion) and I gave him some space to complete the work. I returned 20-25 mins later to find him finishing up. I will recommend both Nick and YourMechanic going forward to everyone. Wonderful service!
