2007 Ford Explorer 40,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Showed up on time. Checked to see if there was a simpler fix because my car had obviously been sitting for 6months. Performed the service quickly. Knew exactly what needed to be done.

I was very happy with John's expertise and his knowledge. He identified the problem from the last mechanic that was there. It was a simple clip that was not put back correctly that made my car overheat and he fixed the pin that had come off and tested the car and it looks like it's back to working order again. I would definitely recommend John and use him in the future.
