2001 Ford Crown Victoria 85,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

I was skeptical about using YourMechanic,com mostly because no one I know has ever mentioned using it before. I thought that my alternator went out because AAA said he tested my battery and it was fine. It turned out that the alternator was fine, and the battery was dead and would not hold a charge. Andrew will be the first one I call from now one. He knows his stuff, and he gets the job done fast. I also appreciated that he mentioned a couple other things wearing out on my car, but he didn't use scare tactics to get me to book another visit right away. He also sent estimates for those things. Thank you very much Andrew. I will definitely be using this service again!

I appreciate that he went above and beyond to find accurate parts that were needed and pointed out helpful hints from the previous brake service that was given that caused the issue. Service was excellent along with a great since of understanding and humor.
