John was punctual and easy to work with. I really appreciate him putting in the time to solve my problem. I had had the car at 2 other shops and the dealer and they could figure out how to fix it. John uses problem-solving skills, came up with the theory, and then proved to be right.T hank you.

Andy called while enroute to confirm the appointment and let me know his expected arrival time which was the scheduled appt time. Upon arrival he introduced himself, explained the process and showed me the parts. He was friendly, easy going and didn't mind when I asked questions or observed. Once complete with the install, he took a test drive and confirmed the problem was resolved. Overall a great experience!
