2010 BMW 335d 52,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

i thought it was an Adjusting pulley. Andrew looked and said that the fan blades were no aligned with the the Fan Housing. We then listened and I told him it could be the impeller in the water pump but the sound wasn't "metallic". He said that the impellers in my water pump were a plastic composite. He was right on both accounts. What a PRO! I recommend this guy to anyone. He was on-time, courteous and RIGHT in the diagnosis. I'll ask for him again.......next time something else breaks.

This is my first time using YourMechanic and I've seen mixed reviews about such a service, so I was hesitant at first. However, I researched around and it felt like going with someone like Theodore will help improve my experience. I booked the appointment and crossed my fingers that things will go well. Theodore was spot on. He arrive exactly at 10am in my front door. Had a quick chat about any of my concerns and on he went to do his job. He finished the task expediently. I did a test drive, signed the invoice and off he went. Yes, it was that quick and easy. I had a similar job performed at my usual autoshop about a year ago for the front brakes and it costed me over $600. I managed to get this similar job done for less than $350 total. Saved over $250. And I didn't see any additional advantage of doing this at some shop. In fact, it was much more convenient to do this at my home, where I didn't sit around and wasted my valuable time. Overall, this was a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to use Theodore again for all my future auto needs.

I was taken aback that there are still mechanics like Matt who exemplified great customer service and displays a passion for what he does. Matt was on time,very friendly, professional and informative. I will highly recommend Matt to my friends and colleagues, Thank you again Matt you made this unpleasant experience for me very pleasant.
