Brian is a great communicator before and during his visit. He arrived earlier than schedule which was perfect. I am confident in his knowledge of vehicle maintenance and pleased with his honesty. Brian did not try to up-sale me on services that were not needed. He did, however, advise on what to look for/experience to determine if additional maintenance is needed.
