Very honest. He determined the service I had booked was not needed. I had AAA tell me I needed a new alternator. Patrick didn't agree and found that my hands free link, Bluetooth connection, wasn't working properly and was draining my battery. I now have to go to the dealership and have it disconnected but I could have gone for months again having the same issue. Thank you so much!

I wanted to wait to make sure my car was still good to go upon writing a review. Alfred was not only punctual but he answered all of my questions and concerns. The job didn't feel rushed and he worked really efficiently. He even contacted me prior to the appointment so I could explain to him what was going on. He brought an extra battery just in case that was the problem and it worked out since it needed to be changed anyway. I'll probably book him for any mechanical work going forward!

Overall, Mazyars service on my vehicle was good. He provided a detail inspection for future repairs and test drove the vehicle to ensure that the car erformed well after the repair. I just wish that he would have informed me sooner before completing the repair that he thought it possibly was another hose problem outside of the one that he repaired. However, I would recommend him and your mechanic's to friends and family.
