Jay took the time out to what was really going on with my car. He put my mind at ease.
Hello, this is the second time I use Your Mechanic and Matthew was been my mechanic both times. He was on time and very upbeat. He diagnosed my issue fast and showed me where the leak was coming from. Answered all my questions and we made arrangement for him to return to fix the problem. Thanks Matthew see you next week.
Justin was very polite. The weather was terrible but he showed up on time for the appointment. Initially, Justin agreed with part of the assessment for buying some of the parts; but, he found a crack on the pistons head that was not found by the other two assessments that I received from two mechanics from other companies that I contacted before contacting YourMechanic. The crack repair is a big repair that has to be done by the Dealer. Thanks to Justin I didn't wasted my money on a repair that wouldn't have solved my problem.
