I am "all in all" satisfied with the convenient service provided by Justin. He came to my work and repaired my car (upon the 2nd visit) and seemed very knowledgeable in regard to the issue I was experiencing with my Toyota. I pointed out to Justin that I had one break light that was not working, along with the gear shift that was stuck in "park". The reason I did not give a 5-star rating was due in part to one small, easy repair that was knowingly disregarded. The main problem I was experiencing was the gear shift, which seemed to be related to a non-functioning brake light. Upon diagnosis (1st visit) it was determined the brake light bulb was bad. When Justin returned the next day (2nd visit) with a much-needed new brake light switch, he kindly replaced this part in my car and all is good now. I had to ask Justin if he replaced my bad brake light bulb. His response was "No, you still have to get a new one". My disappointment is truly not about the service I received, but more about the service I DID NOT receive. I am still driving my car with just one working brake light. I feel as though this small repair should have been taken care of, as it was definitely known to be an issue. My thinking is this ... if you are purchasing a part for a customer's car, and you know she also needs a new brake light bulb, wouldn't it be the right thing to do to buy a new bulb as well? I truly thought my brake light would have been fixed (upon the second visit that was paid separate from the first). Had I not asked, I would be driving around believing both brake lights were properly working. I am a very gracious person, and I always show my appreciation in the gratuity that I give to anyone in the service industry. And this time was no different. I remained appreciative & very gracious although I was told my brake light was not fixed. Perhaps it's my own fault for not speaking up? I really didn't think I had to ...

The entire experience was very pleasant. Justin arrived promptly, and not only had the tools to do the job, had additional tools to be used in rarer cases. I had an issue with one of the parts on my car, and because he planned ahead and had the tools to fix that additional problem, the entire issue was resolved in moments. Justin was cordial and professional, and explained the issues to me in simple terms. Everything was done within the time limit. After my brakes were replaced, I noticed some somewhat common noises from them that extended a little longer than the break in period, and we re-met up a few minutes after he left and he took a second look at it to make sure everything was fine. He went over the top to help me out and I would absolutely recommend his service as well as the whole YourMechanic idea.

Justin came on time and did the job within 30 minutes. He gave clear instructions on what he was going to do. Sure beats waiting 4 hours at the shop for the same job. Easy going experience.
