Richard was prompt, friendly, professional; and kept me informed on his progress. I was also able to save money; not needing everything that a dealership said I did. My car runs much better now.

Can strongly recommend Jerimiah. On time, quick, and thorough. Knows what he's talking about, genuinely seems to enjoy his job - I didn't feel like a nuisance for asking questions and voicing concerns like so many other mechanics make it seem. One of the routine maintenance things I had scheduled was my trans fluid, and upon checking it he said it looked like new and double checked to make sure I wanted it done. Had it done regardless for warranty reasons, but awesome that he's looking out for the customer and not trying to sell them something they don't need. I'll be using this service again, and will definitely be requesting Jerimiah again as well.
