He communicated very clearly and did an excellent job picking up where the previous mechanic left off. He unfortunately was tasked with giving us the new that the engine needed more repairs at another facility but was able to give an excellent recommendation. Would use again!
Highly professional n very personable. His mechanics knowledge n experience, backed by his ASE certification, was quite evident. Showed on time n quickly went to work. He was both diligent n quiet...and cleaned area upon job completion. With his honesty n persona, a friendship could easily develop. I would highly recommend Matthew for any future repair considerations.
Excellent job to fix my Mini Cooper. VERY CLEAN, ORGANIZED MECHANIC. The good part is the honesty like other dealers trying to suck up your money and adding more work to be done for $$$$. Andrew is a true gentleman, honest and told me the car is in excellent condition mechanically. I like the picture send to me also show the parts that was replaced. On top of that it is guarantee for a year, parts and labor.
