Great knowledge, very helpful and quick.
When Nick arrived we got right down to business. I explained some additional issues with my car and Nick went through and diagnosed some other issues. The service was timely as I had to leave for work immediately after the repair. He also noted to my husband some additional services my car needs and sent a follow up quote with a time estimate for how long it would take.
He made it feel like he was in a rush because of appointments but arrived to the appointment early. Then he doesn’t even do the job he was supposed to do no help at all towards me, and he kept antagonizing me about the money even though he did not do the job, he was at my house for approximately 30 minutes tops. Worst experience ever.
