Howard arrived early and was very personable and professional. I was especially impressed that he made a point to let me know that he wanted to take great care to leave my driveway and garage floor as clean as possible. He made a point to let me know about additional work that needed to occur to completely repair the power steering leak problem, and took the initiative to post a quote for the repair, right away. I have to give Howard a 10!!!! (Great Service) He arrived 15 mins early for appt. Was very Professional and casual conversation. He listen and explained what he was going to do and even worked on the car while landscapers were cutting grass and trimming hedges nearby! After the service he answered a few question about future service & concerns and did a test drive checking the brake job. My Maxima is not new - a few years on it- but he made my feel like it was important to me. Thanks Howard.. I will be a regular customer!
