DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR THIS MECHANIC. YourMechanic is an appallingly bad company with horrendous customer service and unqualified mechanics. I used YourMechanic in December of 2015 to repair my driver's side window. The mechanic I was assigned, Robert, assured me he would be able to replace the window. Robert worked on my window for 2 days, which was far longer than he initially told me the job would require, and yet the window still did not seem to be installed properly. I voiced my concerns to Robert after he said the job was completed, but was assured the job was done correctly. The repair cost me over $800 and about 1 month later, the driver's side window completely dislodged and fell out. I was forced to have the job redone by a qualified mechanic, who was appalled by the shoddy work Robert did on my car. Avoid this company at all costs.
