He was timely and knowledgeable!
Excellent service
Franky is easy to get along with. He clearly explained what he was going to do and answered all my questions without anything going-over my head. He worked quickly and methodically. And, when he was through with the inspection, he told me what was wrong and needed immediate repair, and what other less severe repairs might need attention. He even candidly discussed a variety of courses-of-action I could take and which would be most cost effective. Most mechanics I've used in the past seem to go out of their way NOT to do more than have to; but, Franky went out of his way to do everything that SHOULD be done. I've already booked him for my next service. Thanks Franky!
