Xavier is excellent. Professional, personable, patient, and compassionate. When all the cars in your family are high mileage & 14+ years old, a good relationship with a quality mechanic is a must. Like many people, an expensive repair could be financially devastating and a $300 - $500 monthly car payment equally debilitating. Aside from trusting him with my car, I'm at ease discussing the car's needs and a timeline for repairs/maintenance that is feasible with my budget. He listened to my layman descriptions / explanations of my car's symptoms and answered all of my questions in a way that I could understand. I will be using Xavier for maintenance and repairs on my three college students' cars.

Xavier arrived just before the appointment. He completed the complimentary inspection and repair within the allotted time. After the inspection he found some things that needed to be done. However, he explained that not all of them are urgent and can wait as long as I keep a close watch such as oil on the ground. There is no hard-sell on additional services. He even told me how easy it is to do one of the recommended repairs if I wanted to do it myself. Will definitely call on him again for future repairs.
