Samon was good. However, he is the third Your Mechanic mechanic to attempt the diagnosis of the rattling in the front end of the car. The first two, Jacento and Vincent missed the diagnosis and had me do work that was unnecessary. For the unneeded repair work diagosned by Jocento and the work done by Vincent, I will pay for the parts, but I will not pay for the labor.

Excellent Mechanic, offered to come early after finishing up completing a repair scheduled before mine.
