John is honest.
Luis was punctual, and even showed up early to my first appointment, after asking if that was okay. We ended up having to schedule an appointment for a different service than the one I thought I needed. He explained why without being condescending (mechanics aren't always the nicest to us ladies!) and got the work done efficiently. He was personable and kind in all of our interactions, and thorough to boot -- we went on a test drive to ensure he had properly addressed the issue I was having with my car.
