The service is great however felt slightly shady because The guy that I talked to did not have any "your mechanic" logo on him. It would have felt more secure and professional if there was a uniform of some sort.

Very good. So far, I am very satisfied. I like the way John actually showed me the old/burnt spark plugs, instead of creating a huge confusing report on paper only, and provoking me to take his word for it. So far, I am very satisfied. problem was not fixed but still I have to pay $70.00 that's seemed too much. first time when I contacted your mechanic I was given different quotes, 1st was about $124.80 but I end up paying for same problem $288.48 that's about double the first estimate.

The communications around this appointment and a prior one for an oil change were excellent and it is GREAT to be able to simply work at the office (or at home) as the car is being worked on. John was responsive to schedule changes due to the weather and great at explaining what was needed and fixed in layman's terms without being condescending.

Had an oil change & tire rotation...it went fast and smoothly. Mechanic identified few others issues including brakes, battery and brake fluid level. Checked out the brake fluid one quickly...didn't find any issue there. There were plenty of fluid left, not as noted. Battery seems to be leaking...will replace. Brake pads haven't been checked. $300 to do brakes are pretty steep...
