Pierre called me to let me know he would be arriving a little late, as the auto parts store didn't open until 7:30. He arrived when he said he would, and got right to work. His communication throughout the process was great, and he was honest about what services I did, and did not, need (I had originally scheduled a brake fluid flush and a tire rotation... after checking both, he let me know that those servcies were not needed, and removed theklm from my bill). Will gladly trust my Jeep in Pierre's hands in the future.
