Chad has gone above what was expected, and despite a support staff that really needs improvement Chad is great.
He was great very professional and helpful
Patrick was quite thorough in checking out anything I had questions about and even followed up with me on some further advice. He did an excellent job in replacing my spark plugs and testing for any other problems. Thanks, Patrick.
