Andrew was nice enough but honestly I don't think he had to come out to tell me that I needed to take the car to a mechanic with a lift. I think the "yourMechanic" support person oversold the capacity of a mechanic coming out and being able to replace a rack & pinion system in the driveway. I think I would pote use this service for basic stuff like oil changes, brakes and filters but realistically they cant carry a lift with them
