Mechanic's Assistant: How old are the tires? And have they been a problem in the past?
They are about 4 years old and they have not been a problem. They will not rotate at all no matter what amount of force we use
Mechanic's Assistant: What is the make/model/year of your car?
1997 Nissan pick up
Mechanic's Assistant: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried so far?
We are just trying to push the truck to a different spot because it doesn't run. We've taken off one tire and the brake drum to loosen it but when we put it back together the tire still will not rotate

If the wheel will not move with drum off, either the rear end, drive shaft or transmission is locked up.
You can try disconnecting the driveshaft and see if it will roll.
If it doesnt, then you either drag it with another vehicle or rent some wheel dollies that will go under each rear wheel and then push it to where you want it.
Thanks for using Just Answer and letting me help you. I hope I provided what you needed. If you find more help is still needed, let me know by listing out any remaining questions you have on this concern. I hope the remainder of your day is well.
