The appearance of the warning lights might just be coincidental to the thermostat replacement as the systems have nothing to do with a thermostat replacement. It’s possible though that you disturbed electrical wiring and/or connections to the affected components. If you suspect that, just re-check your work. You could read the codes (the warning lights mean trouble codes have been stored) to see what is being reported and then just immediately erase the codes in the hope that this is some sort of phantom glitch. If the warning lights re-appear though, that means the trouble codes are real and they should be downloaded and a proper diagnostic should be performed. If the warning lights come back, or you just want the issue dealt with now, the recommended service to request is a check engine light diagnostic. If you request that service, the responding certified mechanic will read the codes and then test actual parts, that is perform a diagnostic, to find the fault and get this resolved for you. If you have further questions or concerns, do not hesitate to re-contact YourMechanic as we are always here to help you.

Check engine running rough
Hello there, many components which can cause the vehicle to run rough like this. The most common would be the MAF sensor (https://www.yourmechanic.com/article/symptoms-of-a-bad-or-failing-mass-airflow-sensor), vacuum leak, spark plugs and wires (https://www.yourmechanic.com/article/symptoms-of-bad-or-failing-spark-plugs), low oil level, or mechanical engine damage.
