The old bulbs got burned well one of them but yes one of the works when I put back in

Ok then the circuit has power and ground if the one bulb works. You can try to move it to either side to test it. Make sure you have the right application bulbs. LED's should light up as long as you have a good connection. Sounds like you have defective led's or the wrong bulb possibly.

Long as it has power and ground, they should light up as long as you install them with the light switch off. Some lights like turn signals need diodes or resistors installed to make them blink properly. if they are HID's they require a ballast to start the lamps.

No problem, HID's are different super bright lights. They use a ballast to warm up the lamps because they run on high voltage. I hope you find this information helpful.
