Mechanic's Assistant: What is the make/model/year of your car?
2011 Mitsubishi Lancer Ralliart
Mechanic's Assistant: Are you fixing your Lancer yourself? What have you tried so far?
I have not done anything yet, but my best guess is that it's the Transmission or Differential. But I don't exactly know.
Mechanic's Assistant: When was your transmission fluid last checked?
Bought it last year, and the owner said he never touched the Transmission so I'm assuming it could've been years
Mechanic's Assistant: Anything else you want the Mechanic to know before I connect you?
The problem happened when I essentially 'Launched' the car. From a stop, I just put my fut down all the way. It went, and I hear a loud sound, with a jolt of my car. I then proceeded to go to the nearest parking lot at the end of the block. But didn't press the gas, the force just had the car cruising the last few seconds. From there I pushed my car to my house and its been sitting for the last 3 days

Check the C.V. joints, if one have broken it will prevent the vehicle from moving. If they are all good it will be an internal trans problem, but it really sounds like is a broken axle.

Where are the cv joints located?

They come out the transmission and go inside the hub by the wheel.

No just look under the car, like with a creeper, if is broken you will see the shaft hanging.

Put it in drive while holding the brakes and see if any of them are moving, if any are that is the broken one, if not than is an internal problem.

Nothing was moving. Also, I put a little bit of gas and went to 2,000 rpm ; and shifted to 2nd gear, while still at 2,000 rpm i went back to 1st gear, and the rpm spiked to 4,000 and just stayed there even though I let off the gas. It wouldn't go down until I pressed on the brakes.

I see, I would recommend taking it to a transmission shop as it sounds like it would need to rebuild.
