I'm sorry to hear you are having this problem. I know this can be frustrating.
Without knowing all of the information like the vehicle history, the components that have been tested or replaced, and the results of any tests that need to be run, I can only give you a general answer to your question.
The fault you have described can be caused by low voltage due to a weak vehicle battery or an issue with the battery cables being loose or corroded in any way. This issue can also be caused by the shifter to where it is not sending a signal to the computer that it is in the park position.
I recommend having the battery and battery cables checked for any issues. If a fault is found it will need to be repaired. If the battery and cables are checked and found to be o.k. and in order to determine if the shifter has an issue or if anything else is causing this fault what needs to be done is to have a fully compatible scan tool plugged into your vehicle's data port that can read all of the computers in your vehicle to see if any fault codes are stored with this issue. Once this has been done, any codes that come up can then be diagnosed to help pinpoint and repair this issue. This will require the use of a high-end scan tool that can read all of your vehicle's computers.
If you do not have a scan tool to check the fault codes yourself a shop or dealer can check the fault codes as well as diagnose the issue for about a 1-hour labor charge ( around $100 ). The cost to repair the problem varies as it depends on which component has failed that requires repair or replacement.

Hi there: It looks like you've inspected all the normal suspects of a high engine idle situation. One issue that pops up occasionally; especially on early 2000 period cars, trucks and SUV's is due to a faulty radiator coolant temperature...

Hi there. There are probably more blown fuses than just the two you mentioned. That particular code generally means that the throttle motor circuit has no power available. I suggest checking all the fuses and replacing as necessary; this includes...
