What have you tried so far? I just noticed it last night so I just removed the bulbs so it wouldnt drain my battery and I inspected the wiring. Welcome Katilyn, look above the brake pedal at the brake light switch there is a little plastic button in the pedal that breaks and keeps the brake lights on. ill try to find you a picture be right back. Here is a u tube video of what it looks like. if it is the problem most auto parts stores carry the plastic button.

Ok, try unplugging the brake light switch and the head light switch and see if it stays on. If so check for any aftermarket wiring that could be powering the light. both tail lights the front lights and the license light are on the same wire they should be all on at the same time.
