Hello and welcome to just answer. My name is \*\*\*\*\* \*\*\*\*\* I will assist you today. I am sorry you are having this problem but hopefully I can help. This may be a problem with one of the key fobs, or a TIPM issue. The TIPM (Totally Integrated Power Module) is the under hood fuse box and contains electronic circuits for many of the van's electrical systems including the power door locks.. To rule this out, you may want to remove the [battery](/topics-battery-dodge/) from a fob so it does not work, then see if it still acts up. If not, replace that fob. If it still acts up, then suspect the TIPM and have it replaced.
I hope this helps and thank you again for using just answer!

Possibly, but that may also be a failing driver's window switch assembly.

If you can get it to act up, then ask the dealer to connect their WiTech scan tool to monitor the inputs and outputs in the TIPM. They can also test the switch using that same tool.

Yeah would it have to be doing that while it's in the shop? Because it was mainly happening at night now it's happening while driving it's getting worse but I don't think I could guarantee that it would be acting up at a specific time

Maybe leave it with them for a couple of days to give it a chance to act up.

Based on the symptoms you described it seems as if your fan clutch (https://www.yourmechanic.com/services/fan-clutch-replacement) or water pump (https://www.yourmechanic.com/services/water-pump-replacement) may be having an issue.
