Hello Miss Jee. Nice to see you today! I'm sorry to hear you are having this problem. I know this can be frustrating. When you had the oil changed in Dec, did the service shop reset the Oil Life monitor for you?

Thank you for the clarification, Please give me one moment to type out some information for you. Sit tight one minute. I'll be right back !
Thank you for holding Miss Lee,
Normally the change oil soon light come son when the engine is ready for an oil change or the Oil life monitor was not properly reset and if you showing the oil life at 4% and the oil was in fact changed then this type of problem usually occurs when the system was not properly reset. I would verify that the oil is clean which is should be if you have not driven it very far and if it looks okay the I would reset the oil life monitor. As long as the oil was changed then there is nothing to worry about with driving the car.
See the reset procedure in this link as well if needed.
